Do It Yourself Credit Repair - Learn How You Can Do It!

If you've ever had problems paying your bills, unfortunately those problems can follow you around for years. Your credit report contains a list of all of those problems:

    • Late payments
    • Too many credit cards
    • Too much debt
    • Collections accounts

Most credit problems will remain on your credit report for 7 years (as determined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act). And while on your credit report they'll lower your credit score. Increase the chances of getting turned down for credit. And raise your interest rates on the credit you do have.

All of which is bad news for you - and will cost you money!

However, you do have a right to request that these negative listings on your credit reports be removed. If you do it correctly, you have a good chance of getting some of them removed. In some cases, you may be able to get all of them removed. Do-it-yourself credit repair does work!
