So, after researching all the different ways to make extra money online, I decided to start selling other people's products, as an affiliate. Promoting affiliate programs is one of the cheapest, easiest, and safest ways you can start your own home based internet business. Because you can make money online even if you don't have your own products:
You can work from home - in your spare time (and you can even work in your PJ's!)
And you don't need any experience or technical skills (I didn't have either)
As an affiliate you'll make a percentage of every sale whenever someone buys something
You just need to be motivated and be willing to learn!
Tip #2 - How To Determine What To Sell
You can sell just about any kind of product or service. There are lots of affiliate programs out there to choose from - if you can buy it, you can sell it (and make money)!
The key is to find the right business for you! Being excited by what you sell really helps. So start by thinking of a hobby, a topic you know something about, or just a subject that interests you, and you have a good place to begin your home based internet business. Here are some ideas:

Tip #3 - Where To Find Products To Sell At No Cost To You
While all of the "big name" retailers have affiliate programs, so do many smaller companies you may have never even heard of. Usually it's more productive to look for products in a smaller "niche" rather than trying to sell big name products with tons of competition.
There will be a lot less competition
You'll have a better chance of establishing a relationship with your customers and becoming the "expert" resource for your niche market.
