Here is a list of the different ways I found to save myself a bunch money every month, especially when money was real tight.
While some of them may seem pretty small, when you add them up you will definitely notice the savings! You can certainly decide which ones you want to use. And you will probably find other ways to save money once you start to think about it (and take the "financial fitness" test below for more ideas). Here's my list:

As you can see, this is quite a bit of money - money that you can use to get out of debt faster, and give yourself a little more breathing room every month.
Is it a sacrifice? Of course.
Is it worth it? For me, it was (and still is) absolutely worth it!
Of course, you don't always have to live without some of the luxuries listed above. Now that money is not quite as tight, we got cable TV hooked up again. But it is still nice to know that
I pay a lot less for long distance, insurance, and car payments than most of my friends and relatives. With some shopping around, you can do it too!
